Mission

The 745 Podcast exists to educate, empower, and engage parents and communities by offering honest, inclusive conversations about the school system. We amplify the voices of everyone in the educational ecosystem—from custodians and cafeteria staff to teachers, administrators, and district leaders—to foster understanding, transparency, and trust. Our mission is to bridge the gap between school culture and community culture through open, authentic dialogue.

Vision
We envision a future where schools and communities move in unity—where every individual feels heard, valued, and informed. Through consistent, culturally relevant conversations, the 745 Podcast will serve as a trusted platform that strengthens relationships, promotes equity, and redefines how schools and communities connect.
